Our People

Mark Fisher

Chief Executive Officer

Mark Fisher was appointed to lead Godfrey Pembroke in 2020.

He has extensive experience and a proven track record guiding advice businesses to success in times of change or when they are underperforming. With a focus on strategy, customers and developing teams, he has coached businesses to deliver against both revenue and profitability targets, and facilitate growth.

With more than 20 years' experience working with brands such as AMP, AXA, Macquarie, NAB, BT, Westpac and Securitor, Mark has developed a deep understanding of the advice industry as well as a network he can leverage to create new opportunities.

Germana Venturini, CPA

Chief Operating Officer

Germana is appointed as the Chief Operating Officer for Godfrey Pembroke Group assisting the network to deliver to our Groups strategic goals and AFSL governance and operational needs.

Germana has worked in the financial services industry since 1996, with the majority of this experience in Accounting, Paraplanning, Governance, Practice Management, AFSL Consulting,
Management and Operations. This experience has allowed Germana to understand Financial Service from every facet and able to apply a practical and commercial approach to solutions to ensure our network is the best they can be and focus on the delivery of advice to clients.

In her spare time, Germana enjoys spending time with family and friends, travelling and can deadlift over 100kgs.

Daniella Van Dyke

Advice Technology Manager

Daniella has more than 12 years working in the Financial Planning industry and has a passion for utilising technology to improve efficiency and effectiveness within businesses. Her expertise lies in process improvement, technology integration and leveraging tools like XPLAN to their fullest potential.

She is highly skilled in Xplan and has a deep understanding of the advice process, gained through hands-on experience in past roles.

Rachael Strang

Advice Enablement Manager

Over 20 years ago, after a brief military career, Rachael followed in her fathers footsteps and joined the financial services industry. After exploring roles in retail banking, currency trading and mortgage broking, she landed in financial advice and has never looked back.

She strongly believes in financial guidance and is passionate about helping others. Her breadth of experience gives her the versatility to provide guidance to all roles within advice firms that are focused on providing quality client outcomes.

Outside of work, she loves the ocean and her charity work in Haiti with Frontier Projects. She is an intrepid traveller and loves to explore the world at every opportunity.
